During a radio interview with Ms. Doi, Mr. Baca provided an update on the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) and introduced the State Department's new Consular Electronic Application Center (CEAC). Mr. Baca also discussed the U.S. Consulate General Osaka's new "Smart Ideas from Smart People" initiative.
